Our Online Yoga Courses
We create intimate, at-home ritual via monthly yoga courses that honor the experience of marginalized populations. You can enjoy these on-demand courses at your own pace and within your own space. If you’ve ever been ‘other’d’ because of your race, gender, sexual preference, weight, ethnicity, disability and/or overall lived experience, you belong here.
Our Methodology
We believe in approachable, non-performative yoga and as a result our courses prioritize emotional and mental development over physical fitness.
OUR WHY
Marginalized populations are overlooked in the performative yoga and fitness industry, leaving the communities that could benefit most from these services underserved. In addition, western yoga culture focuses on the physical practice as opposed to offerings that speak to the nuanced experience of disenfranchised groups. We’re committed to addressing this divide via online yoga courses that speak to your lived experience.
Our goal is to help our community develop daily rituals to improve their overall quality of life and cultivate the emotional and mental skills they require to process through their unique lived experiences.

As a member, each month you will receive 1 4 week course including the following:
8 yoga practice videos
8 svadhyaya (self study) exercises
1 Live Zoom class with instructor (recorded for future viewing)
1 IG Live on course topic with instructor (saved to IGTV)
1 Live Zoom Q&A with instructor (recorded for future viewing)
